ARIKE --- Attingal Yamuna

Usually I always keep a safe distance from shyamaparasad movies.....But this time I Liked the trailor So went to see this....!!!

But It was a terrific experience....The story revolves around 3 characters.. Mamtha - Dileep - Samvrutha...!!

A very good movie....and a touching climax also..Mamtha needs a special appreciation for her role....Samvrutha over act cheyyunna pole thonni.....Dileep was ok....!!!

it was a slow soothing experience.....!!!

Arike, Film was slow but steady, lacks something somewhere. surely not the best from Shyama Prasad.

Theme: Arikathundayittum Ariyathe pokunna sneham? arikathundayittu thettidharikapedunna sneham? Snehathinu vendiyulla kathirippu.

Shyama Prasad fails in Second half, avasanam oru feel good movieyilekku kondu varan sramikumbol enthokkeyo skip cheythathu pole thonni. Oru Story adapt cheythu film akumbol athokke swabavikam ennu karuthi samadhanikkam.

Cast: Mamta and Dileep brilliant. Mamta Impressed me the most.Dileep suited well to the Professor 'Shanthanu'. Samvrutha as Kalpana is disappointing, Eppoyum chirichu nilakalella Abhinayam ms Samvrutha.

Overall film is an above average stuff, but not that big as you expect. A watch wont be disappointing.

Njan ee review idunath as a budhijeevi aayitalla.. Class moviesum Entertainersum orupole athintethaya reethiyil kandu aasvadhikunna oralayitanu... Elavarum parayarund syamaprasad movies bhayangara slow aanenu... Enik ath feel cheythila Arike kandapo.. Oru Dileep  movie aanena karyam syamaprasadum manasil epozhum ormichirunu enu thonipoyi. Idakoke slight situation comediesum und... Oru love story valare simple aayi realistic aayi eduthirikunu syamaprasad... Story onnum njan parayunilla.. Simple subject aanu... sadharana prekshakanum aaswadikavunna pace il eduthitund... Nalla songs, Good acting by all the artists.. Good casting, direction.. Avasanam climax ennoru saadhanam ithil upeduthiyitund, orma maathram pole climax onnumalathidath kondupoi avasanipichila.. The ending scenes was very touching.. Dileep as santhanu was good especially in those scenes..Vineethum nannayi.. Mamtha was apt for that role and did it perfectly.. No dragging at all..

Hit avum ennu parayan njan oru mandanalla.. Nalla cinemaye ishtapedunavar especially love stories ishtapedunavar oru changeinu vendi ith kandirikanam... ennanu ente opinion.. 

Syamaprasad ini varshathil 2 moviesenglum cheyanam, if he do movies in this pace kooduthal aalukal theatreil ath kanan varum.. Arike athinoru thudakkam avate..

Arike -So Close

Q Cinemas. 05.20 show. Almost 20-30 people.

On the outset I loved this movie. 

There may be difference of opinion. I have not seen any Shyamaprasad movie other than Rithu. So I cant complain when people say that this is nowhere near his best works to date. But as an independent film, I liked it a lot.

There may not be a strong plotline, but that deficiency is overcome with a neat script wonderfully shot and and with great music, be it the songs or the background one. 

Samvrutha Sunil was a miscast. Other than her everybody did well especially Mamtha who is the central character. She did exceptionally well although her pronounciation was a turn off. Still marvellous from her. The character sketch was deep and I loved the shades her character had with Vimala Teacher in MT's Manju. 

For me personally, the film is very close to my heart. A Great watch and worth a lot of watches.

അരികെ കണ്ടു..
മൊത്തത്തില്‍ ഒരു കഥ വായിച്ചതു പോലെ അല്ലാതെ..
ഒട്ടും സിനിമാറ്റിക് ആയി തോന്നിയില്ല..
ചിലപ്പോഴൊക്കെ .. ആര്‍ക്കും ഒരു മണിക്കൂര്‍ മുന്‍പേ ഊഹിക്കാവുന്ന രംഗങ്ങള്‍ അടുക്കി വച്ച പോലെ തോന്നി ...
എങ്കിലും.. ചില സീന്‍സ് കൊള്ളാം..പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് എടുത്തു പറയാണേല്‍
മമതയുടെ ഫ്ലാഷ്ബാക്ക് സീന്‍സ് മൊത്തം കിടിലന്‍ ആയിരുന്നു..
ആ സീനില്‍ വരുന്ന മമ്ത പാടിയ പാട്ടും കൊള്ളാം..
അഭിനയത്തില്‍.. മമ്ത, വിനീത് രണ്ടുപേരും വളരെ നന്നായി ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്..
ദിലീപ്, സംവൃത തരക്കേടില്ല..
ഇന്നസെന്റ് ഒട്ടും ഫിറ്റ്‌ അല്ലാത്ത ഒരു വേഷത്തില്‍ അഭിനയിച്ചത് പോലെ തോന്നി..
സംവൃതയെ ഉപദേശിക്കുന്ന സീന്‍സ് ഒക്കെ ക്ലിഷേ ആണ്..
മൊത്തത്തില്‍ .. ആ... കണ്ടിരിക്കാം..

വളരെയധികം ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു.മമ്ത ഗംഭീരമായി അഭിനയിച്ചു എന്ന് തന്നെ പറയാം.വല്ലാത്ത ഒരു ഇഷ്ടം തോന്നും ആ കഥാപാത്രത്തോട്...!ശ്യാമപ്രസാദിന്റെ ഋതു കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ ഏറ്റവും നല്ല ചിത്രം.വളരെ ലളിതമായി പറഞ്ഞു പോവുന്ന കഥ.ചില ക്ലീഷേ രംഗങ്ങള്‍  ഉണ്ടെങ്കില്‍ തന്നെയും മൊത്തത്തില്‍ മനസ്സില്‍ തട്ടുന്ന ഒരു സിനിമ.

ഇവിടെ ഇന്നലെ റിലീസ് ആയതാണ്.എന്നിട്ടും കാണാന്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നത് ഞാനടക്കം അഞ്ചു പേര്‍....!!!

 വ്യക്തിപരമായി എനിക്ക് ഒരു പാട്  ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു  ശ്യാമപ്രസാദിന്റെ ഈ കൊച്ചു പ്രണയ ചിത്രം.....  ഒരു ചെറു കഥ വായിച്ച പോലെ ഉള്ള അനുഭൂതി ....സംഭാഷണ്ണം,തിരക്കഥ,ഗാനങ്ങള്‍,എഡിറ്റിംഗ്,ക്യാമറ എല്ലാം ചിത്രത്തിന് അനുയോജ്യം....സ്പോട്ട്  ഡബ്ബിംഗ് ആണ് എടുത്തു പറയേണ്ട മറ്റൊരു പ്രത്യേകത....അഭിനേതാക്കളില്‍  എല്ലാരും മികച്ച പ്രകടനം ആയിരുന്നു....എല്ലാര്ക്കും  കഥാപാത്രങ്ങളായി മാറുവാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞു...ചിത്ര അയ്യര്‍ മാത്രമാണ് മോശമായിട്ടു തോന്നിയത്‌....ദിലീപിനേം മമതയെയും ഒത്തിരി ഇഷ്ടമായി...ദിലീപിന്റെ ഒരു പാട് ചിത്രങ്ങള്‍ എനിയ്ക്ക് ഇഷ്ടമാണ്..മോഹന്‍ലാല്‍ വഴി പിഴച്ചപോള്‍ വന്നൊരു ആശ്വാസം ആയിരുന്നു എനിക്ക്  ദിലീപ്‌...എന്നാല്‍ ദിലീപും വഴി തെറ്റിയതിന്റെ സൂചനകള്‍ കാട്ടി തുടങ്ങിയതാണ്....പക്ഷെ ഈ ചിത്രം കണ്ടതോടെ എനിക്ക് അദേഹത്തോട്  ഇഷ്ടം കൂടി....ഇത് തികച്ചും വ്യക്തിപരമായ അഭിപ്രായം മാത്രമാണ്....നന്ദി ശ്യാമ പ്രസാദ്‌...
